Food Wise Campaign

This is an initiative of Slow Food Youth Network Uganda in order to promote the local and indigenous food of Uganda and transmit the knowledge and know-how surrounding this food. This campaign helps people know about the meanings of their food like how it is prepared, preserved, the utensils used, how recipes taste among others. Different traditional food from different cultures is documented about using the information provided by the people who have knowledge about that particular food and then events are organized to let other people know about their food.
